  Worst customer service ever from GEORGIA JENNINGS. she lie's to the customers and gives you different information, when you ask her agin she denies that she gave you wrong information.

  absolutely appalling service from STA travel Macquarie Centre , took me 3 and a half months to receive my correct ticket! whenever you go into the store there is someone different, there service was really disappointing , wont be going here again in the future for holidays , learnt my lesson
