  Not really busy in-store, took us flagging down a waiter to get served. Food took a bit to come out. Buffalo wings were pretty sub par barely covered in sauce and little scrappy chicken wing pieces. The mac n cheese square things were ok, and the potato skins were meh. 2 burgers we got were dry with barely any sauce. Cold burger with hot onion rings. They need to employ more staff.

  Went there to eat on a Wednesday night, wasn’t busy, and yet it took over an hour for our food to arrive. When we asked where our food was, my burger had been waiting to be served and yet they hadn’t even cooked my partners chicken tenders. After an additional 10 minutes of waiting the food finally arrived. The onion rings were super oily and the chicken tenders were very bland, you could still taste the flour on the batter. The food has left us with upset stomachs, definitely not keen to return here. The only positive would’ve been Rick the waiter, who had a really lively attitude and was super friendly. Just wish the staff in the kitchen had done a better job. Judging by the other reviews it is a common occurrence here, possibly something to consider improving!

  We used to love this place a while back, we wouldnt come all the time cause it was a bit expensive but the food was great. Today i bought a newyork steak with chips.... steak has a nice taste but unfortunately i could not swallow it cause of how chewy it was. This tells me simply its a cheap cut. My partner bought nachos and felt like a whole bunch of ingredients were shoved to a plate... the cheese had melted but by the time it got to table it had set... worst nachos ever. Finally bottomless soft drinks are no more...... advised new CEO changed policy. Overall we will not come again and i slowly see this this place going down hill till closure... i hope not but we will see.

  Disappointing. Ordered a burger and chips. Burger was already room temperature on arrival and had rotten wilted bits in the lettuce. I went to take it back to the kitchen counter on foot and was intercepted by service staff who took it off me. Manager came up to our table later and was very understanding. I wish I could have shown her how bad the burger was though. She didn't end up charging me for the meal, but I still don't think I'd go back. Even if the lettuce hadn't been wilted and rotten $20 for a cold burger with hot chips is still a big ask. At least the staff were good about it though.

  Food is gross, service is oddly uncomfortable, and seemed to view things like fetching water a great burden. Expensive and tiny portions, oily as. It is open late, though, and they weren't too pushy to get everyone out the door.
